Do you have a schedule for what days and times you usually do op's? Also it would probably be a good idea to make a google group for this, then everyone knows when stuff is happening and it lets them say if they are going to be there or not, good for getting an approximate headcount. Just something to think about  Also I cannot reply to certain forums like my recruit intro and this one. |

As of now, the only two days you should be keeping track of are Friday and Saturday, later in the evening. That is when we have most of the Reapers online.
Ops depend on the number of Reapers online and on the Commanding Officers. The Battalion Squad leaders have the authority to initiate Ops whenever they deem fit.
Dont really need a google group, all you would have to do is check on the forums in the shoutbox, that is where the indication of the Ops are.

The thing is the shoutbox is not a great way to announce ops since if someone looks at it at a glace the announcement could be gone, also if I want to know when it will be a few hours before so I know to be ready a shoutbox will also probably not help.
I am just trying to help out with ideas if you like the way you do things then thats fine although I am sure I will have issues lol. Not a huge fan of shoutboxes for anything other than just chatting with everyone.

If the ops are truly top priority they will be on the calendar as an event. When an event is scheduled it shows up in the Battalion Announcements.
I can also make it an Announcement, which will show up in every category at the top of the thread list.
Allow me to demonstrate.
